At Go Gold Depot, we're committed to ensuring your valuable jewelry making supplies arrive safely and efficiently. Below, you'll find details about our shipping policy, so you know what to expect from the moment you purchase until delivery.

 

Order Processing Times

Preparation: All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that we don't process shipments on weekends or public holidays in Venezuela.

Large/Wholesale Orders: For large volume or wholesale orders, processing time may extend to 3-5 business days, depending on the order's complexity and size. We'll notify you if your order requires additional processing time.


Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We currently offer international shipping. We use reliable courier services to ensure your products reach you securely.

For Standard Free Shipping, your package will first be sent to our distribution center in the USA before being forwarded to its final destination.

Standard Free Shipping:

Estimated Delivery Time: 8-10 business days after shipment, depending on the destination. Please note these times are estimates and may vary due to customs or unforeseen circumstances.

DHL Express:

Estimated Delivery Time: 5-6 business days after shipment.

Cost: Available at an additional cost, calculated at checkout.


Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

For Standard Free Shipping, we utilize a two-step tracking process to ensure transparency as your package moves through our international shipping pipeline:

Initial Tracking Number (Venezuela to USA Hub): Once your order ships from Venezuela, you'll receive a first shipping confirmation email that includes an initial tracking number. This number allows you to monitor your package's journey from our location to our U.S. distribution center. 

Final Tracking Number (USA Hub to Destination): Once your package arrives at our U.S. distribution center and is processed for forwarding, you'll receive a second email with a new, final tracking number. This number will track your package from the U.S. to its final destination. Please note, there may be a brief period (e.g., 1-2 days) between the first tracking showing "delivered" to our U.S. hub and the second tracking number becoming active.


Customs, Duties, & Taxes 

No VAT/Sales Tax Charged: As a company shipping internationally from Venezuela, Go Gold Depot, doesn't collect VAT (Value Added Tax) or any sales tax on your purchase. The price you see on our website is the product price.

Customer Responsibility: Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, and/or other fees levied by the destination country. These fees are not included in your order's price or in the shipping costs from Go Gold Depot.

Local Inquiry: The customer is solely responsible for paying any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply upon package receipt. We strongly recommend checking with your country's customs office for more information on potential charges before placing your order. We can't calculate or estimate these costs.


Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses

It's the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided is correct and complete.

Go Gold Depot isn't responsible for packages that can't be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipment costs.


Lost or Damaged Packages

In the unlikely event that your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at gogolddepot@gmail.com.

We'll assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier and do our best to find a satisfactory solution for you.
